Clients include major museum, noteworthy private collectors, and numerous top tier interior designers.

Process

An initial consultation meeting, preferably in-person, or by Zoom, establishes goals, parameters and, critically, suitability.

A site visit to NYC area subject locations is an essential first step. Consulting for unbuilt locations may be done with site plans and renderings.

Out of NYC area locations may be done with photography and Zoom or WhatsApp video walk-throughs.

Negotiation, purchase and shipping of items is overseen by Culture Object, however, clients pay for purchases directly to the vendor.

Fees

Out of gallery consultation is billed at $250/hr. in quarter hour increments, with a two-hour minimum, including travel time.

Shopping outside of the Culture Object gallery is billed at the hourly rate, and purchases incur a 20% sourcing fee.

In-gallery purchases are not subject to hourly rates or sourcing fees.
